Delivery
Packages are dispatched based on the time the order payment is received.
- Payments made before 16.00 PM (GMT +7) will be shipped on the same day.
- Payments made after 16.00 PM (GMT +7) will be shipped on the next business day.
Please note that deliveries are only carried out on working days (Monday to Saturday).
Once your payment has been received, we will send you an email containing a tracking link so you can monitor your package online.
Delivery lead time may vary depending on your delivery location. You can track your shipment using the link provided in the email.
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees include handling, packing, and postage costs.
Handling fees are fixed, while transport fees vary depending on the total weight of the shipment and the delivery location.
The final delivery fee will be calculated based on these factors before your order is shipped
